All Sales Are Final We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations under any circumstances. All sales are final.

Authenticity Guarantee We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. If you believe an item received is not authentic, you must contact us within 3 days of delivery at realuxevancouver@gmail.com with your order number and supporting documentation. We will review each claim individually.

Damaged in Transit If your item arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at realuxevancouver@gmail.com with photos and your order number. We will work with the carrier to file a claim on your behalf.
