Processing Time All orders are carefully inspected, authenticated, and securely packaged before dispatch. Please allow 1–3 business days for order processing.
Shipping Methods & Rates We ship via Canada Post and/or FedEx. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service level.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Canada: 3–7 business days
- United States: 5–10 business days
- International: 7–14 business days

Shipping Regions We currently ship within Canada, to the United States, and select international destinations.
Tracking A tracking number will be provided via email once your order has been dispatched.
Insurance & Signature Given the value of our items, all shipments are insured and may require a signature upon delivery to ensure safe receipt.
International Orders — Duties & Taxes International orders are shipped DAP (Delivered At Place). Any applicable duties, import taxes, or customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.
Lost or Damaged Shipments If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at realuxevancouver@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue promptly.
