1. General These Terms of Service apply to all customers of REAL LUXURY VANCOUVER, operated from Vancouver, BC, Canada. We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

2. Products All items sold by REAL LUXURY VANCOUVER are pre-owned luxury goods. Each item is carefully inspected and authenticated before listing. Product descriptions include condition details to the best of our ability. Please review all photos and descriptions carefully before purchasing, as all sales are final unless otherwise stated in our Return & Refund Policy.

3. Authenticity We stand behind the authenticity of every item we sell. All products undergo an authentication process prior to listing. If you have concerns about an item's authenticity upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at realuxevancouver@gmail.com.

4. Pricing All prices are listed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice.

5. Orders & Payment By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate. We accept payment via the methods available at checkout. Orders are subject to acceptance and availability.

6. Shipping Orders are processed within 1–3 business days and shipped from Vancouver, BC. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for full details on rates, delivery times, and international orders.
